PART TIME FACILITIES DUTY MANAGER AT CLUB DES SPORTS

Club des Sports is located on 21 acres of the grounds of The Park Club Limited. The facilities include a 3G pitch, tennis courts, netball courts, cricket nets, dance school and a large indoor dojo.

A position has become available for a part time temporary Facilities Duty Manager at Club des Sports.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to clearly demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

A friendly, pro-active, and efficient manner is also a key quality required.

Departmental duties involve providing excellent customer service, monitoring daily sports activities, the ability to manage and make decisions.

Duties:

The duty management responsibilities will include the opening and closing of the club. The duty manager will be responsible for the full operation of Club Des Sports whilst on duty.

Ensuring our clients and patrons can partake in their activity as smoothly as possible.

Securing the playing areas

Checking hygiene and cleanliness of toilets

Removing litter and keeping all areas tidy

Opening and closing of the facility, securing all buildings

Communicating with fellow facilities duty manager appropriate information

Completing a duty manager report via email

Assisting with grounds work

This position requires a high frequency of outdoor work all year round

A keen eye for detail is also desirable

Hours: 32 hours per week – flexible permanent position.

Minimum of 2 to 3 late shifts per week.

Shifts include weekends on rotation including the following shift patterns

7-3

8-4

11-7

3-11

Training provided.

Requirements:

Willing for the company to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Computer literate.

Grounds experience would be beneficial
