We are delighted to announce that following a successful ballot in March 2023, Your Acton BID has been renewed for 5 more years and bringing us to our second term from 2023-2028! The votes were counted and officiated by Civica Election Services and Ealing Council.

We would like to thank the businesses and the community for your ongoing support of all that we do. We are happy on continuing to ensure that our Town Centre, retail and industrial estates are areas of focus with initiatives and services that will benefit the businesses and Acton. Here's to the next 5!

You can view the Acton BID Business Plan 2023-2028 that sets out a five year programme of improvements for the Acton Town Centre and the industrial estates.

For the month of March, the Acton BID reported various issues such as:

• Over ­­­­15 issues of fly tipping incidents.
• 13 counts of graffiti on business shop fronts and street furniture.
• 5 other types of incidents, including streets not clean, pavement issues and abandoned bicycles.

My Local Bobby team has attended various incidents which includes:

• 7 incidents related to beggars.
• 44 incidents related to Antisocial behaviours (i.e., street drinking, noise disturbance, etc.).
• 22 incidents related to crime (i.e., shoplifting, theft).

We have also delivered our second breakfast networking event on March 24^th in which we will continue to run these events every 6 weeks.  The Easter Bunny trail was also launched for a second year with 25 local businesses participating to increase footfall in the Town Centre.

After two successful business networking events in January and March, we have decided to host a series of breakfast networking every 6 weeks.

Your Acton BID will be hosting the next upcoming breakfast networking on April 28^th at 8:30 am, in collaboration with the West London Chamber of Commerce, at the George & Dragon Pub. Tea, coffee and pastries will be available during the networking.

Looking for something fun to do during the Easter break? Following last year's success, we have decided to bring the fun back with the Easter Bunny Trail! Game starts March 29th until April 16th!

We will hide 25 wooden bunnies around town, inside our brilliant BID businesses. New this year, For an EXTRA entry into the hamper draw, snap a photo of you doing the trail and post it to social media, tagging us at @YourActonBID and #YourActonEaster! Visit the local coffee shops or the ActOne Cinema to pick up your map.
